I'm Devin Castro and I've been running ITmeNOW LLC since May 8, 2015. Before that, I was already 10 years deep as a VICIdial admin — so my career has been call centers, telephony, and everything that holds them up for over a decade and a half.
My stance is simple: most IT problems don't respect the tidy categories on a services page. A call center that's dropping calls turns into a network issue turns into a PBX config turns into a database query. I handle the whole chain, which is why clients keep one number in their phone instead of five.
Today a lot of that work is AI — voice agents that actually answer, chatbots that actually close, automations that actually stick. It pairs cleanly with the dialer work: the same systems, with a brain on top.
